PROJECTS AT BRADESCO
Corporate Financial Platform
Product Strategy and Development
At Bradesco, I contributed to the evolution of the digital ecosystem for corporate financial services by helping develop the Bradesco Global Solution, the new version of the traditional Net Empresa platform. One of the main initiatives I led was the batch payment functionality for DDA (Authorized Direct Debit), enabling companies to pay multiple invoices at once. This solution reduced manual effort, minimized operational errors, and brought greater efficiency to the daily routine of corporate clients.
About the product
Bradesco Global Solution is a robust platform designed for companies of all sizes, offering features such as payments, transfers, cash flow management, reconciliations, and more. Within this context, the Authorized Direct Debit (DDA) module allows companies to view and pay invoices issued to their corporate ID (CNPJ) without needing the physical invoice. With the new batch payment functionality, the process became faster, safer, and more aligned with the operational needs of business clients.

Main challenges

It was also essential to ensure regulatory compliance and data security, maintaining the robustness and reliability that Bradesco is known for.

Case Study
This case study highlights the evolution of the DDA payment process, a functionality I led with a focus on usability and operational efficiency. Through user interviews and iterative design and validation cycles, we delivered a solution that reduced average processing time by 40% and significantly increased adoption of the new feature among mid- and large-sized companies within the first week of launch.
Problems
The previous DDA payment process on the Net Empresa platform required users to pay invoices one by one, which was time-consuming, error-prone, and inefficient for companies handling high volumes of transactions. This limitation directly impacted the productivity of financial teams.
Delivery
We developed the batch payment functionality with smart filters (CNPJ, due date, amount), multi-selection, multi-level authorization, and consolidated receipts. The delivery included user testing, journey refinement, and internal team onboarding.
Hypothesis
By enabling batch selection and payment of DDA invoices—without repeating individual actions—we believed it would be possible to optimize user time, reduce human error, and improve operational efficiency. This enhancement also aimed to increase satisfaction with the new platform and accelerate Bradesco Global Solution adoption by corporate clients.
Result
In the first week after launch, we observed a 40% reduction in average processing time for DDA payments. There was also a significant increase in usage by mid- and large-sized companies, with positive feedback about the interface clarity and productivity gains in invoice reconciliation.
